Rachael represents businesses and individuals in complex disputes involving contracts, commercial business, property, construction, employment, and corporate matters. Recognized by the Florida Bar as an expert in business litigation, Rachael has handled trials involving construction defects, professional malpractice, employment disputes, negligence, discrimination, real property rights and entitlements, estates and trusts disputes, and injunctive relief. Rachael is responsible for all aspects of trial work from client counseling and pre-suit negotiations to pleadings, discovery, motion practice, witness preparation, mediations, arbitrations, negotiations, trial preparation, jury trials, and appellate work.
She is admitted to practice in Florida, including all state courts and all federal courts, including the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, as well as the Supreme Court of the United States of America.
Rachael has served her profession on a statewide level as a member of the Florida Bar’s Standing Committee for the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure and a member of the Executive Council of the Trial Lawyers Section of the Florida Bar. Rachael currently serves her profession as a member of the Florida Bar’s Business Litigation Certification Committee.
In addition to serving her community as Board Chair for St. Matthew’s House, Inc. (2017-2019), Rachael is also an Allied Attorney with the Alliance Defending Freedom, an organization devoted to defending and advocating for religious liberty, the sanctity of life, and marriage and family.
