We represent both owners and contractors in negotiating and drafting construction contracts, and we have a broad range of experience working with standardized AIA forms as well as customized construction documents. In addition to serving our clients’ contractual needs, we assist with construction financing, reviewing insurance policies and complying with the intricacies of Florida’s lien laws. If disputes arise, our Litigation, Trial Practice and Dispute Resolution Department – which has negotiated, arbitrated and tried a wide variety of construction disputes – is available to assist.
